About the Buffalo Niagara Center for Pelvic Heatlh

About Our Center

Nearly one in three women experience pelvic health problems by age 60. As a result, they suffer long-lasting chronic pelvic pain, incontinence and other symptoms. Yet, more than half of these women don’t seek treatment, sacrificing valuable quality of life.

As the only multi-specialty practice in Western New York, The Buffalo Niagara Center for Pelvic Health takes a holistic, multidisciplinary approach to finding the right solution for each patient, with collaboration between urology, gynecology, colorectal surgery and physical therapy.

The Center’s core providers—Dr. Tova AbloveDr. Teresa Danforth and Dr. Moeen Abu-Sitta—are fellowship-trained physicians who utilize the most advanced state-of-the-art diagnostics and treatments to provide relief for women with incontinence, prolapse, lower urinary tract disease, neurogenic disease related to the urinary tract, and conditions related to aging of the pelvic floor. The center also treats men for conditions such as post-prostatectomy incontinence, urinary retention, symptoms related to prostate enlargement and erectile dysfunction.

The Buffalo Niagara Center for Pelvic Health is part of the UBMD practice plan, which provides integrated, multidisciplinary care among multiple surgical and medical services.
